Each patient card has various options and additional information. A card will always have the following:
- Left color indicator for type of document
- Red - High Alert
- Yellow - Low alert
- Grey - Billable Reports
- Patient full name
- EMR #
- Device type - report type (E.g. ICD - 30 Day Report)
- More menu "..."
- Depending permissions, you may also see "Assigned To" below the EMR #
By using the more “...“ button on the right of the card, you have the following options to:

Report History: See all alerts and billable reports associated to a patient.

Is on OAC: Quickly mark if the patient is on any OACs. Once selected a red drop icon will appear on the patients card. This will change to "Is not on OAC" to remove this from the patient.

OAC History: Ability to see when a patient was marked “OAC Prescribed” or “OAC Discontinued” over a period of time.
- Pinning: Pin a patient alert or billable report to the top of the list. Pinned items are marked with a thumbtack at the top right of the card. This allows you to easily get back to an important patient as needed. If reassigned while pinned, it will stay pinned for the new assignee. This menu option will change to "Un-pin Document" to un-pin as needed.
- Download: use this option to download the PDF report.
