At anytime you can search for a patient by the following options:

• First Name
• Last Name
• EMR #

Once you have entered enough characters you patient list will update based on the entered information.

Filter

You have multiple options when filtering your patient list. You can select a date or date range, this will filter your results based on the date of service.

When selecting the main filter menu, you can filter by the following:

• Document Type
  • Any
  • All Alerts
  • High Alerts
  • Low Alerts
  • All Reports
  • 30-Day Reports
  • 90-Day Reports
• Status
  • Any
  • To Do
  • Done
• Device Type
  • PM
  • ICD
  • ILR
• Assigned To
  • As a provider this will automatically be set to yourself.
  • Select one or multiple users to filter your list by.
