What's New!
This month, we have made layout updates to ensure a better user experience and prepare for more features to come! Below maps out each change and new feature that is available.
NOTE: If you see a feature that is not currently live on your practice, please contact your account manager for more information to see how it can benefit you.
What to look for with this update:
- Top Navigation
- Assigning and Signing Documents
- Patient List Options
- Patient Cards
- Longitudinal Data
Top Navigation
Improvements to the navigation to make accessing your profile and searching quick and easy. The top navigation now includes:
-
Search: Look for a patient using patient first name, last name, OR EMR#.
-
Your Profile: Your avatar includes options to view your profile information, set various notification settings and log out.
-
Switching practices: If applicable to your account, you are able to easily switch between practices as needed using the practice icon to the left of your Avatar.
Assigning & Signing Documents
Simplified experience when signing or reassigning a document. Please note signing is a feature that is dependent on your permissions. You are now able to reassign using the “Assign To” user dropdown, and clicking the “Assign” button the right.
If you are signing the document, simply add your "Prover Note", and select the “E-Sign” button as normal.
Patient List Options
Improvements to the layout so that filtering is above the list it applies to. This also includes options to select multiple like items at once for quick signing.
-
Filtering: is now located above the patient list! These filter options include:
-
Document Type
-
Status
-
Device Type
-
Assigned to
-
Date and date range
-
-
Select options: By clicking the Check Box button, you can not select various “Select All” options from the patient list. (see screenshot below)
-
Bulk Select all reports: You can now select the “Bulk select all reports” button. This will select all billable reports in your list for you to sign at once.
Patient Cards
Improvements to patient cards to allow for additional information and actions for each patient. By using the more “...“ button on the right of the card, you have the ability to:
-
Report History: See all alerts and billable reports associated to a patient.
-
Pinning: Pin a patient alert or billable report to the top of the list. Pinned items are marked with a thumbtack at the top right of the card. This allows you to easily get back to an important patient as needed. If reassigned while pinned, it will stay pinned for the new assignee.
-
OAC On: Quickly mark if the patient is on any OACs. Once selected a red drop icon will appear on the patients card.
-
OAC History: Ability to see when a patient was marked “OAC Prescribed” or “OAC Discontinued” over a period of time.
Longitudinal Data
When enabled, this feature lets you see additional longitudinal data for a patient and their device. You can access this data from the tab at the top of the page marked “longitudinal” and can switch between the current PDF report or alert and the longitudinal data for the patient.
NOTE: This feature is by request and data will begin to populate once the feature is active going forward. Data will not be retroactively populated.
